Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As each piece is handmade, small variations are part of the process and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include photos so the issue can be resolved.
Each piece is carefully packed by hand and typically ships within 3–7 business days.
Shipping is currently available to Germany, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination.
