Return Policy

Each ceramic piece is handmade in my studio. Small variations in shape, surface, colour, and glaze are part of the process and make every object unique.
 

Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, please email hello@muhrceramics.com and include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused

• in perfect condition

• returned in their original packaging
   

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
