How do I take care of my ceramic piece?

All pieces should be handwashed only for a long lifespan.

To protect your furniture and surfaces, I recommend using felt pads underneath each piece to prevent scratches.
 

How long does my order take to ship?

Each piece is carefully packed by me. Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days.

What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. To initiate a return, please email 📧 hello@muhrceramics.com with your order details.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As each piece is handmade, small variations are part of the process and not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can resolve the issue.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer international shipping.

I currently ship to Germany, EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and USA.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in the order total.
