1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of Muhr Ceramics.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
 

2. Order and Contract

By placing an order, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase.

The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email or when the goods are shipped.
 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT (if applicable).

Payment is due immediately at checkout using the available payment methods.
 

4. Shipping and Delivery

All pieces are handmade and carefully packed in my studio.

Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer.

Mühr Ceramics ships to: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer. These are not included in the order total.

 

 

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Muhr Ceramics by email at hello@muhrceramics.com, providing the order details and a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Each piece is handmade. Small variations in shape, glaze, and surface are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects.

Returns requested after the 14-day withdrawal period will not be accepted.

Effects of Withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all payments received will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
 

6. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the Customer must contact Mühr Ceramics within 7 days of delivery with photos.

A replacement or solution will be offered where appropriate.
 

 

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Customers are asked to inspect their order upon receipt and report any visible damage promptly.
 

 

8. Liability

The Seller is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded where legally permitted.
 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, text, and designs) is the property of Muhr Ceramics and may not be used without permission.
 

 

9. Governing Law

German law applies.
